Customer support is provided in the warranty and post-warranty within or upon request.

  • In warranty of 12 months complete customer support is absolutely free.
  • In post-warranty time support can be regulated by the Agreement about post-warranty customer support. Then, with the payment of the agreed monthly amount users have full support at no extra charge.
  • By request of customer KRON provides adequate support at local rate.
